So lets get to the point… What resources did I use to pass the exam?
1 – Microsoft Learn
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/ Microsoft Learn is a free online learning platform. You can either choose to learn about a specific topic, watch live or recorded events (recently launched Learn TV https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/tv/), or follow the recommended path for a specific exam.
You have all the list of different path for certification in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/
A total of 12 courses are part of the content of AZ-900. Each course has its own hands-on for you to practice and also a small test about the content at the end (which from my point of view are not that much related to the ones in the real exam). https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/paths/azure-fundamentals/
2 – Microsoft Docs
Even though you can learn the basic requirements using the path from Microsoft Learn, i recommend getting deeper in each one of the them reading in Microsoft Docs https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/. Not all the exam questions can be solved by the documentation you get in the training.
3 – Online trainings and exam tests
There are a lot of paid online platforms where you can get more knowledge link Pluralsight, Whizlabs, Udemy, A Cloud Guru among others. You can take all of these to help you understand better the concepts but….Microsoft offers also an online free course with amazing teachers like Matt Hester and Garret Bundy you can search for this online courses in this link. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/community/events/?query=az+900 if you are lucky you can get a voucher to take the certification for free after you complete the training!
Just like any other Microsoft Exams you can expect 40-60 questions in your Microsoft AZ-900 Exam. There are different type of questions asked during the exam including case study, short answers, multiple choice, mark review, drag and drop etc. Since there is no penalty to give incorrect answers as you will not be marked for the wrong answer, so it is better you answer all questions but just keep in mind the passing score of 700.
You are required to score a minimum of 700 to pass the exam. Anyone scoring less than this mark will be considered as Fail.
Good luck everyone taking the exam you can contact me for help!
